Louise's Baby Boy has a Name!

We're delighted to announce the winners of our naming competition!

Welcome to the world CHARLIE ENFYS!

Charlie means 'free man' so couldn't be more relevant. Enfys because it's Welsh for 'rainbow' symbolising a new beginning and also recognising the location of his sanctuary. Mum and baby are doing really well - Louise is a very vigilant, loving mum.

Congratulations to winners Caroline Nicholas Thomas who suggested Enfys "because he lives in Wales (at Lisa James Animal Sanctuary) and he’s our precious rainbow ? baby boy, born in memory of all those taken away and didn’t get the chance of life." And to Jasmine Grace for suggesting Charlie. We also chose 'Charlie' because it is the 6th most popular boy's name in the UK at the moment, meaning more of the public notice the name when they see this little boy in our campaigns.
